Ticket Triage reads one support or ops message and tells you where it should go: which team, how urgent it is, how frustrated the person sounds, whether they asked for a refund, and whether they might leave.
You get scores, not a written summary, so a queue worker can page, refund, or assign without another model call. If it is not sure, it asks you to review instead of acting.
What you can do
- triage a ticket onto billing, account, technical, sales, or a team list you supply
- Read urgency, refund, and churn scores in the same response
- Rate frustration on a calm-to-angry scale
Who it's for
Support inboxes, ops bots, and agents that should not paste a whole thread into chat just to pick a queue.
How to use it
- Call triage with the message text
- Optionally pass your own team list
- Act only when the recommendation is act; otherwise review
Getting started
Paste a failing-payouts message. Expect high urgency and a technical or billing team.
