Email support@toolrouter.com for account access, billing questions, failed tool calls, generated files, or general product help. Include the time of the request and the tool and skill names so the team can investigate without asking you to resend secrets.
Developer and integration help
For MCP, REST, CLI, OpenAPI, authentication, or response-schema questions, start with the ToolRouter documentation and the REST API reference. If the published contract does not answer the question, email support with a minimal request example and the response status, headers, and machine-readable error code.
Sales and partnerships
Email sales@toolrouter.com for team plans, product integrations, volume usage, or commercial partnerships. Explain the intended users and workflow so we can route the enquiry accurately.
Privacy and security
Send data-rights and privacy requests to privacy@toolrouter.com. Report a suspected vulnerability privately to security@toolrouter.com with reproducible evidence and no unnecessary personal data. Please do not publish exploit details while the team is investigating.
