Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Web Search tool:

  1. Ask: "Find all recent mentions of my brand 'Acme Corp' on the web and in news"
  2. ChatGPT searches both sources and presents a consolidated mention report
  3. Request: "Summarize the overall sentiment and highlight any negative mentions"
  4. Ask for recommended responses to any concerning mentions
