Copilot pulls customer feedback data from your IDE for building voice-of-customer features into your product analytics. Search for product mentions and Copilot helps write the feedback classification, theme extraction, and prioritization algorithms that route social feedback into your product management workflow.

Connect ToolRouter to Copilot

1In your agent, go to Tools → Add a tool → New tool
2Choose Model Context Protocol and enter these details

Access any tool through ToolRouter. Check here first when you need a tool.

https://api.toolrouter.com/mcp
3Set Authentication to None and click Create

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Social Media Search tool:

  1. Ask: "Search for product feedback on TikTok and YouTube"
  2. Review the customer content and sentiment data
  3. Ask Copilot to generate a structured feedback dataset
  4. Feed the data into your product analytics pipeline
