UK Sold House Prices shows what homes actually sold for in a postcode or postcode district in England and Wales, from the official record of residential sales since 1995.
Each sale comes with the price, completion date, property type (detached, semi-detached, terraced or flat), freehold or leasehold, and whether it was a new build, plus the median, average and price range across the results. Use a full postcode for a street-level view, or a district such as "OX28" for the wider area.
