Spotify Data looks up public Spotify catalogue data โ artists, tracks, albums, playlists and podcasts โ by link or ID, and searches the whole catalogue by keyword. You get the numbers people actually care about: monthly listeners, follower counts, world rank, per-track play counts, playlist saves and podcast ratings.
It is built for music research without logging in or scraping the web player. Check how big an artist really is, see which of their songs are carrying the streams, read the full tracklist of an album or a curated playlist, and pull a podcast's latest episodes.
What you can do
- get_artist โ monthly listeners, followers, world rank, top cities, latest release and top tracks with play counts
- get_track and get_album โ play counts, duration, release date, label and full tracklists
- get_playlist โ playlist details, saves and up to 50 tracks per page
- search โ tracks, artists, albums, playlists, podcasts, episodes and audiobooks for any keyword
- get_podcast and get_podcast_episodes โ show details, rating and the episode list
Who it's for
A&R scouts, label and artist managers, playlist pitchers, music journalists and marketers who need streaming numbers fast. Podcast researchers and sponsors use it to size shows and track release cadence.

- Pass an artist link or ID to get_artist for audience size and top tracks
- Open releases with get_album or single songs with get_track for play counts
- Use get_playlist for curated lists; pass next_cursor back as cursor to page through long playlists
- For shows, call get_podcast, then get_podcast_episodes for the episode list
