Apple Music Data reads the public Apple Music catalogue: artist pages, albums with full tracklists, individual songs, and keyword search across songs, albums, artists, playlists, stations and music videos. Everything comes back with Apple Music links you can open or share.
Use it to check what an artist has released, compare a tracklist across platforms, find the official Apple Music link for a song, or see which editorial playlists and stations feature an artist. Artist pages include their albums, singles and EPs, live albums, music videos, playlists and similar artists.
What you can do
- get_artist — an artist's albums, singles, music videos, playlists, appearances and similar artists
- get_album — release date, length, copyright and the full tracklist with durations
- get_track — song details, album, duration and a 30-second preview clip link
- search — songs, albums, artists, playlists, stations, radio episodes and music videos for any keyword
Who it's for
Music marketers, label teams and artist managers checking catalogue and editorial placement on Apple Music. Developers and researchers who need clean Apple Music links and metadata without the developer token setup.
How to use it
- Start with search when you only have a name; filter with type (song, album, artist, playlist) for focused results
- Pass an artist link or ID to get_artist to see their releases and the playlists that feature them
- Open a release with get_album for the tracklist, or a single song with get_track
- For songs that sit on an album, pass the album track link (with ?i=) to get_track
