Microsoft 365 License Review joins subscription inventory, directory assignments, and the official active-user report into a read-only renewal evidence pack.
It identifies disabled licensed accounts and, only when Microsoft exposes joinable named activity, accounts with no service activity in the chosen report. Start with D90 and no user details. Microsoft may conceal identities in activity reports; the tool preserves that privacy state and disables per-user inactivity joins instead of asking you to weaken it.
