Healthcare Providers looks up US clinicians and healthcare organizations in the official national provider registry, so you can confirm who a provider is, what they practise and where.
Every US doctor, nurse practitioner, therapist, pharmacy, clinic and hospital that bills health insurance has a 10-digit National Provider Identifier. Search by that number to verify one provider, or by name, organization, specialty and location to find the right one. Results show specialty, licence number and state, practice address and phone, and whether the record is active.
