Drug Recall Lookup tells you whether a medicine has been recalled in the US, and why. Each recall shows the reason, how serious it is (Class I to III), the company, the affected lots, where it was distributed and whether the recall is still open.
Recalls range from contamination and wrong strength to labelling mistakes. Search by brand or generic name and get the most recent recalls first, with lot numbers you can match against the pack in your cupboard or your pharmacy stock.
