Car Recall Check tells you whether a vehicle has any safety recalls on record, from its make, model and model year. Each recall comes with the campaign number, the part affected, what can go wrong and how the manufacturer will fix it.
It covers vehicles sold in the United States, and in Canada when you set country to "ca". Knowing about an open recall before you buy, sell or take a long trip takes seconds and can prevent a breakdown or a crash.

How to use it
- Call check_recalls with make, model and year (for example Honda, CR-V, 2020)
- Add country "ca" for Canadian recall campaigns
- Read the consequence and remedy for each campaign, then quote the campaign number to a dealer to book the repair
