ChatGPT analyzes competitor reviews and presents the findings as a customer intelligence report. It identifies the most common praise and complaints, tracks sentiment trends over time, and generates product opportunity briefs based on gaps between what customers want and what competitors deliver.

Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Competitor Research tool:

  1. Ask: "Analyze customer reviews for Salesforce and HubSpot CRM"
  2. ChatGPT researches review sentiment and presents categorized findings
  3. Request: "Summarize the top 10 pain points across both products"
  4. Ask for product feature ideas based on unmet customer needs
