Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Competitor Research tool:

  1. Ask: "Compare the features of these three CRM tools: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close"
  2. ChatGPT researches each competitor and presents a feature breakdown
  3. Request a comparison table organized by feature category
  4. Ask for strategic recommendations on which gaps to fill first
