Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Competitor Research tool:

  1. Ask Claude: "Research customer reviews for Zendesk using the competitor-research tool"
  2. Claude analyzes review patterns and surfaces key themes

  4. Request: "How can we position our product to address these pain points?"
