Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Audio Transcriber tool:

  1. Ask: "Transcribe this support call recording" and provide the file
  2. ChatGPT returns the transcript with speaker identification
  3. Request: "Create a QA summary -- agent performance, customer satisfaction signals, and improvement areas"
  4. Save the transcript and analysis
