ChatGPT structures medical transcriptions into specialty-specific note formats through natural conversation. Upload the dictation and ChatGPT produces the transcript, then formats it into the appropriate clinical document template. ChatGPT flags uncertain medical terms and suggests a patient-friendly summary alongside the clinical note.
Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT
1Go to Settings → Apps → Advanced settings and enable Developer mode

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Audio Transcriber tool:
- Ask: "Transcribe this medical dictation" and provide the recording
- ChatGPT returns the clinical text
- Request: "Format as a structured clinical note and flag any unclear medical terms"
- Review and finalize the documentation
