Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Audio Transcriber tool:
- Ask Claude: "Transcribe this customer support call using audio-transcriber" and provide the recording
- Claude returns the full text transcript with speaker labels
- Ask: "Summarize the key issues discussed and the resolution"
- Save the transcript for your QA and compliance records
