Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Workout Planner tool:

  1. Ask: "Search exercises for chest and triceps using workout-planner"
  2. Claude returns a list of exercises with descriptions and muscle activation data
  3. Share your constraints: "I train 4 days per week and have a barbell, dumbbells, and pull-up bar"
  4. Request: "Design a 4-day upper/lower split programme using these exercises"

Tips

  • Tell Claude your training age (beginner / 1-2 years / 3+ years) for appropriately scaled volume
