Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Workout Planner tool:

  1. Ask: "List the equipment types available using workout-planner"
  2. Claude returns all available equipment categories
  3. Ask: "Find exercises for dumbbells and a pull-up bar only using workout-planner"
  4. Request: "Build me a full-body session using only these exercises"

Tips
