Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Workout Planner tool:

  1. Ask: "Search exercises by body part: legs using workout-planner"
  2. ChatGPT returns a comprehensive exercise list
  3. Specify your goal: "I want to build leg strength and hypertrophy over 8 weeks"
  4. Request: "Write an 8-week progressive leg programme with specific weekly progressions"

Tips

  • Ask for a formatted PDF-style layout so the programme is easy to follow mid-session
  • Request week-by-week progressions rather than a static programme
