Social Media Comments

ChatGPT extracts and organizes audience questions from social comments into a structured FAQ with ready-to-publish answers. It pulls comments, identifies every question, ranks them by frequency, and generates complete FAQ entries with concise, accurate answers. The output is a content asset you can publish directly to your help center or knowledge base.
