Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Social Media Comments tool:
- Ask: "Pull comments from this YouTube video and extract all questions from the audience"
- ChatGPT collects comments and identifies every question asked
- Request: "Group these into FAQ categories and suggest concise answers"
