Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Deep Research tool:
- Ask Claude: "Research customer needs and pain points for [product category/market] using deep-research"
- Claude analyzes customer discussions, reviews, and community forums to identify real needs
- Ask: "What are the top unmet needs that represent product opportunities?"
- Claude prioritizes needs by frequency, urgency, and willingness to pay

Tips
- Ask Claude to distinguish between stated needs (what people say) and revealed needs (what they do)
