ChatGPT creates formatted, equipment-specific workout sessions that are ready to follow immediately — with warm-ups, main work, cool-down, and adaptations for when equipment is shared or limited. It is particularly effective for producing travel workout guides and home gym programmes.

Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Workout Planner tool:

  1. Ask: "Find exercises for bodyweight only using workout-planner"
  2. ChatGPT returns a complete bodyweight exercise list
  3. Request: "Write a 45-minute full-body bodyweight session I can do in a hotel room"
  4. Follow up: "Create a 4-week progressive version of this programme"

Tips

  • Ask for a hotel-room friendly version with no jumping (noise) and no floor space requirements
  • Request progressions so each week feels harder even without adding weight
  • Ask ChatGPT to include time-based sets as an alternative to rep counts for HIIT variations
