Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Web Scraper tool:

  1. Ask Claude: "Scrape the real estate listing at example-realty.com/listing/12345 and extract property details"
  2. Claude fetches the page and returns structured data: price, beds, baths, sqft, and more
  3. Ask: "Now scrape 5 comparable listings in the same neighborhood and compare prices per square foot"
  4. Claude compiles a comparison table with key metrics for investment analysis
