OpenClaw is the right choice for investors who need to screen many properties simultaneously. Batch rental analysis and valuation requests across your entire pipeline and rank by yield to prioritise the best opportunities.

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Real Estate Data tool:

  1. Build your input list — one property address per row with the asking price.
  2. Run `rental_analysis` and `property_valuation` via real-estate for all addresses.
  3. Calculate net yield for each property based on consistent financing assumptions.
  4. Sort by net yield and prioritise the top opportunities for deeper due diligence.

Example Prompt

Try this with OpenClaw using the Real Estate Data tool
Use real-estate to run rental analysis and valuations for all twenty properties in our buy-to-let pipeline. Assume 25% deposit and 5.5% mortgage rate. Return gross yield, estimated net yield, and valuation delta for each. Sort by net yield descending.

Tips

  • Use consistent financing assumptions across the batch so yields are comparable.
  • Run the full pipeline screen before committing any resource to property visits.
  • Sort by net yield then filter for properties where the valuation supports the asking price — both criteria together identify the strongest acquisitions.
