ChatGPT is useful when the rental yield analysis needs to be formatted as a formal investment appraisal. Pull the data and have ChatGPT produce a document you can review with your accountant, mortgage broker, or investment partner.

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Real Estate Data tool:
- Provide the property address, asking price, and your investment criteria.
- Run `rental_analysis` and `property_valuation` via real-estate.
- Ask ChatGPT to produce a rental investment appraisal including gross yield, net yield, and key risk factors.
- Have ChatGPT format the appraisal as a document suitable for sharing with an accountant or mortgage broker.

Tips
