Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Construction Manager tool:

  1. Build your input list — one contractor company name and number per row.
  2. Run `verify_company` via construction-manager across all contractors in the batch.
  3. Review results and flag any contractors with concerning indicators.
  4. Shortlist only verified contractors for contract award.

Example Prompt

Try this with OpenClaw using the Construction Manager tool
Use construction-manager to verify all twelve contractors on our subcontractor tender list. Return registration status, trading history, and a risk flag for each. Filter out any that have dissolved related companies or are less than two years old.

Tips

  • Run verification before issuing tender documents so you only invite credible contractors to quote.
  • Filter out high-risk contractors at the batch review stage before spending time on their tenders.
  • Keep the batch results on file as part of the procurement audit trail.
