Example Prompt
Try this with Copilot using the Construction Manager tool
Use construction-manager to get the build weather forecast for this site location for the coming week and add weather risk notes to each activity in the attached programme. Flag any activities that need rescheduling and suggest alternative days.
Tips
- Weather risk notes in the programme document give the project manager a clear record of decisions and their basis.
- Include the forecast date in the document so everyone knows how fresh the data is.
- Rescheduling suggestions in the document reduce the time the project manager spends replanning on the fly.
