How to Refresh Old Thumbnails with Copilot
Refresh old YouTube thumbnails with Copilot and ToolRouter. Manage a systematic CTR improvement project for an existing channel.

Copilot is best for thumbnail refresh projects when the work needs to be tracked as a project — which videos have been updated, what CTR improvement was achieved, and which videos are still in the queue.
Connect ToolRouter to Copilot

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the YouTube Thumbnails tool:
- Create a project tracker with all videos, their current CTR, and priority ranking.
- Generate refreshed thumbnails for each video in priority order using generate_thumbnail.
- Record the before and after CTR in the tracker as you update and monitor.
- Complete the full priority list systematically over several weeks.

Tips
- Build the tracker before starting — without measurement, you cannot prove the improvement.
