Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the YouTube Thumbnails tool:
- Provide a list of underperforming videos with their current CTR and view counts.
- Ask ChatGPT to prioritize which videos to refresh first based on search volume potential and CTR gap.
- Generate refreshed thumbnails for the top priority videos using generate_thumbnail.
- Monitor CTR improvement weekly and continue down the priority list.

Tips
- Prioritize videos with high search volume but low CTR — those have the most to gain from a thumbnail fix.
