OpenClaw automates video archive creation through batch transcription and indexing pipelines. Process an entire video library into structured, searchable text with topic classification and cross-referencing. This systematic approach is ideal for organizations with large video catalogs that need comprehensive indexing at scale.

Connect ToolRouter to OpenClaw

1Install the CLI
npm install -g toolrouter-mcp
2Call tools directly from OpenClaw
toolrouter-mcp call web-search search --query "AI tools"
toolrouter-mcp tools

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Video Transcripts tool:

  1. Ask OpenClaw: "Transcribe these videos and create a searchable archive"
  2. OpenClaw extracts transcripts and builds the index
  3. Search across your video library by topic or keyword
  4. Add new videos to the archive as they are published

Example Prompt

Try this with OpenClaw using the Video Transcripts tool
Build a searchable archive from our YouTube channel. Index by topic and speaker.

Tips

  • Start with your most valuable content and expand the archive over time
  • Ask for a coverage map showing which topics are well-covered and which have gaps
  • Use the archive to identify content opportunities based on what is missing
