Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Slack tool:
- Ask: "Read the recent messages in #project-alpha and give me a summary"
- Claude retrieves and reads the channel messages
- Ask: "What decisions were made? What is still open?"
- Claude identifies conclusions vs ongoing discussions from the message history

Tips
- Ask Claude to separate decisions from discussion so you can scan the important parts first
