Connect ToolRouter to Copilot

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Playlist Art Maker tool:
- Describe the track and the distribution platform requirements.
- Generate the cover with visualize_track at the required 3000x3000 JPEG specification.
- Confirm the file format and size meet the distributor's requirements.
- Name the file with the track title and prepare it for upload alongside the audio file.
