ChatGPT handles track cover generation well when you are releasing a series — an EP, a thematic album series, or a run of singles that should share a visual identity while each having their own distinct artwork.

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Playlist Art Maker tool:

  1. Describe the release series concept and the visual identity that should connect the tracks.
  2. Generate cover art for each track using visualize_track.
  3. Ask ChatGPT to confirm the covers read as a cohesive body of work when seen together.
  4. Package the artwork set with release dates and streaming platform metadata.

Example Prompt

Try this with ChatGPT using the Playlist Art Maker tool
Use playlist-art-maker to create cover art for my 4-track EP 'Seasons' — one cover per season as a separate single. The tracks are about emotional change across a year. The covers should feel like a set but each have their own distinct seasonal energy. Same artist aesthetic across all four.

Tips

  • Define the shared visual thread before generating each cover — same color grading treatment, same abstract style, different seasonal palettes.
  • Ask ChatGPT to check whether the four covers, seen together as an EP package, tell a coherent visual story.
  • Use the EP artwork set as content — post each cover individually as you release each single.
