Example Prompt

Try this with Claude using the IP Geolocation tool
Who owns the IP address 104.26.10.78? I need the ISP, organization, ASN, and whether this is a hosting provider or corporate network.

Tips

  • ASN data helps identify the network operator even when organization names are generic
  • Cloud provider IPs typically belong to AWS, GCP, Azure, or similar services
  • Combine with reverse DNS for additional ownership clues
