Connect ToolRouter to Copilot

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Cartoon Maker tool:
- Provide the photos and specify the consistent style for the team set.
- Run photo_to_cartoon for each team member's photo with the same style parameters.
- Confirm each portrait maintains the style consistently across the team.
- Insert the completed set into the team directory document with correct names and dimensions.

Tips
