Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Accounts Preparer tool:
- Tell ChatGPT your accounting period and business type
- Upload your bank statements and invoices when prompted
- ChatGPT classifies transactions and presents a categorised summary
- Ask: "Generate the final accounts and format them as a P&L statement"
