Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Wine Collector tool:
- Describe your full menu or specific dish
- Ask: "Use wine-collector to find wine pairings for this menu"
- ChatGPT returns pairing recommendations with flavour profiles
- Request: "Format this as a wine menu card with each course, pairing, and tasting note"
