Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Web Archive tool:
- Ask Claude: "Check if mysite.com/deleted-page has Wayback Machine archives using web-archive"
- Claude checks availability and reports whether the page was captured
- Ask: "Find the most recent snapshot before the page was deleted"
- Claude retrieves the archived version so you can recover the content

Tips
- Check for the exact URL including any path segments and query parameters
- Ask Claude to find the most complete snapshot (closest to when content was live)
- Claude can help extract and reformat recovered content for republishing
