Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Video Editor tool:
- Provide your video and describe the edit: "Trim the first 30 seconds and last 15 seconds from this recording"
- Claude calls edit_footage and returns the trimmed clip
- Fine-tune: "Also remove the segment from 5:20 to 6:45 where nothing happens"
- Ask Claude to extract multiple highlights from a long recording
