Example Prompt
Try this with Claude using the Product Recalls tool
Search for any FDA food recalls in the last 6 months involving listeria contamination in deli meats. What products are affected, which brands, and what action is required for recalled products?
Tips
- Ask about the recall class — Class I indicates a reasonable probability of serious health consequences
- Check lot numbers explicitly if you have a specific product — not all units of a product are necessarily recalled
- Ask Claude to tell you the recall initiation date to understand how recently the issue was identified
