Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the PDF tool:

  1. Paste the PDF URL and ask: "Analyse and summarise this document"
  2. ChatGPT returns a structured summary
  3. Ask: "Write this as an executive brief for a non-technical audience"
  4. Copy the formatted summary directly into your report or email

Tips

  • Mention your audience — ChatGPT adjusts the vocabulary and detail level
  • Ask for a "what this means for us" conclusion section
  • Request that key numbers and dates be called out explicitly
