Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Nutrition Data tool:

  1. Ask Claude: "What is the iron content of spinach, lentils, and red meat? Use nutrition-data"
  2. Claude retrieves the iron content for each food
  3. Ask: "Which foods should I eat to get enough iron on a vegetarian diet?"
  4. Build a diet plan that meets your micronutrient targets
