Run a DCF valuation with ChatGPT and ToolRouter. Business valuation with plain-language interpretation.
ToolFinancial CalculatorChatGPT runs the DCF valuation and explains the result in terms that make sense to a non-technical audience. It presents enterprise value alongside the key assumptions driving it, explains what the sensitivity table means for investment risk, and helps you understand which inputs are most important to get right.

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Financial Calculator tool:
- Provide your cash flow projections, capital structure, and cost assumptions
- Ask: "Run a DCF valuation and compute WACC from these inputs"
- ChatGPT returns the valuation with a plain-language interpretation of the result
- Ask: "How sensitive is this valuation to changes in the discount rate?"
Example Prompt
Try this with ChatGPT using the Financial Calculator tool
I need to value a company with projected FCF of $3m, $4m, $5m, $6m, $7m over five years, a terminal growth rate of 3%, and a WACC of approximately 9%. Run the DCF and explain the result in plain language.
Tips
- Ask ChatGPT to describe the valuation range rather than a single point estimate — valuations are inherently uncertain
- Request a comparison against public market multiples to triangulate your DCF result
- Ask which assumptions need to hold true for the valuation to be defensible
