Connect ToolRouter to ChatGPT

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Compress tool:
- Paste the image URL: "Compress this image: [url]"
- ChatGPT processes and returns the compressed file link
- Ask: "What percentage smaller is the output file?"
- Download the optimised image
