Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Book Search tool:

  1. Ask Claude: "Search for books on engineering leadership and team management using book-search"
  2. Claude returns relevant books with details
  3. Ask: "Pick the 4 best for a quarterly reading program for new engineering managers"
  4. Use the curated list for your team reading program
