Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the App Review Analysis tool:

  1. Ask Claude: "Extract bug reports from my app reviews using app-review-analysis"
  2. Claude identifies and categorizes bugs mentioned in reviews
  3. Review the bugs ranked by frequency and user impact
  4. Cross-reference with your crash reporting tools and add missing issues to your tracker

Tips

  • Ask Claude to identify device-specific bugs that may only affect certain hardware
  • Look for bugs that correlate with 1-star reviews -- fixing those has the biggest rating impact
  • Cross-reference with your crash logs to find bugs that only exist in reviews
