Connect ToolRouter to Claude

Steps
Once connected (see setup above), use the Voice Transformer tool:
- Ask Claude: "Apply a robotic voice effect to this recording using voice-transformer"
- Claude processes the audio and returns the effected version

- Download the version you prefer
