OpenClaw batch-produces notification sound sets through automated pipelines. Define notification types and urgency levels as structured inputs, then generate a complete, internally consistent alert package in one session. This systematic approach delivers notification audio that works as a designed system rather than a collection of individual sounds.

Connect ToolRouter to OpenClaw

1Install the CLI
npm install -g toolrouter-mcp
2Call tools directly from OpenClaw
toolrouter-mcp call web-search search --query "AI tools"
toolrouter-mcp tools

Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the Sound Effect Generator tool:

  1. Ask OpenClaw: "Generate notification sounds for my app"
  2. OpenClaw creates the alert tones based on your descriptions
  3. Request adjustments to any sounds
  4. Download and configure in your notification system

Example Prompt

Try this with OpenClaw using the Sound Effect Generator tool
Create notification sounds for a chat app: new message, mention, group activity, and voice call incoming. Friendly, clear, recognizable.

Tips

  • Make each notification sound different enough to identify without seeing the screen
  • Keep sounds short and pleasant -- they will be heard hundreds of times
  • Ask for sounds that work in both silent vibration patterns and audio
