Steps

Once connected (see setup above), use the SEC Filings tool:

  1. Ask Claude: "Search for recent Form 4 insider trading filings for TSLA using sec-filings"
  2. Claude returns the insider transaction filings
  3. Ask: "Are insiders net buyers or sellers over the past 3 months?"
  4. Analyze the pattern of insider activity
